About Me

I am the End-to-End IT Operations Leader at Gillette World Shaving Headquarters in Boston, MA. I oversee the entire manufacturing plant for Gillette including campus networking, application management, IT Continuity, and stewardship.

My passion is for technical learning and problem solving. I enjoy pushing the boundaries of my comfort zone to find new ways to provide value in my work.

E2E IT Operations Leader

Procter & Gamble February 2019 - Present · Boston, MA

Oversaw all IT and OT infrastructure at the 1300 person manufacturing Plant. Responsible for campus network and dual data centers in 1,650,000 sq ft facility with 24/7 production. Led value creation and value protection efforts.

  • Increased Infrastructure audit scores from 65% to 100%.
  • Digitized site signage and developed dashboards to visualize real-time performance of the plant.
  • Remediated critical issues with data centers.
  • Created Application Continuity Plans and Exercises for all critical applications for disaster recovery efforts.

ITOT Intern

Procter & Gamble May 2018 - August 2018 · Boston, MA

Managed value protection and creation as sole IT intern for 1,600+ employee plant, focusing on data center management and migration of critical systems, designing digital communication strategies, and enhancing organizational excellence and capability through Office 365 tools.

  • Stewarded the site’s critical make, pack, and ship IT/OT systems to 100% mitigate site compliance risks of current data center.
  • Created intuitive digital tools and processes to bring communication in front of site in simple way with solutions like migrating from a shared drive to SharePoint and designing plan for deploying content, patch, and reboot of devices running digital signage.
  • Developed a charity auction PowerApp for annual United Way campaign.

Membership Student Assistant

Excecuted day-to-day operations as well as long term projects for the Membership team of the UFAA.

  • Collaborated with internal teams, Alumni Association members, and outside sponsors to ensure success of short-term and long-term projects.
  • Oversaw logistics of weekly mailings of 200+ packages to new members, pulling information from databases and formatting through Excel to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all packages.
